The Employers Service in your local Employment Agency will send you a placement order, in which you have to write your job search and which requirements the candidate has to fulfill.

This placement order will be forward to the ZAV (Central International Placement Service).  This Service will assess the possibilities for placement and propose suitable candidates from inside and outside Germany. In addition your request will be published in the EURES network.
