Become a supporter of the Welcome Center

Ladies and Gentlemen,

The Welcome Center has been set up by the Wirtschaftsförderung Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg Economic Development Company and is directed at skilled personnel moving into the region from other parts of Germany and abroad.  Offering advice on working and living here, it makes an important and lasting contribution to our welcoming culture, and to ensuring that newcomers stay in our region.

Many specialists and companies have made use of the Welcome Center’s free of charge consultation and support services since it opened at the beginning of January 2014.

In 2015, the start-up funding by the Department of Finance and Economy was substantially reduced.

Since then, the costs have been borne to a great extent by the Wirtschaftsförderung Schwarzwald-Baar-Heuberg’s shareholders, principally local communities.  We would very much like to be able to continue offering these services free of charge. To do this we need financial support from the region’s businesses.

With a minimum annual contribution of €250  – tax deductible as an operating expense – you have the opportunity of supporting the valuable work the Winner Region’s Welcome Center is doing for the region’s businesses and for skilled personnel coming to live and work here.

How do you benefit?

• Your contribution will help to maintain a consultation and support service important for the region’s economy.
• You will be informed early about initiatives and new services offered by the Winner Region’s Welcome Center.
• For your PR you will receive:
• a banner, that can be
  – placed online on your website/careers page as YOUR commitment to our welcoming culture, and linked to welcome-sbh.de
  – used in your printed documents as a sign of your social commitment
• a poster, with which you can display your social commitment to your employees, customers, suppliers and job applicants.
• If they wish, contributing companies can be named in Welcome Center publications, e.g. in presentations, newspaper articles or on the Region’s website.
• Our supporters’ logos are on permanent display in the Welcome Center premises.
